Today when Bobbie Jo and Max got home from a trip to Target, Max told her he needed to pee. She asked him if he wanted to sit on the potty and he said "yes, the big potty". Bobbie Jo held him on the big potty; he strained a bit and farted.
She moved him to his own little green potty and told him if he peed in the potty that he could have a cookie. Nothing happened. She stood him up and he started to pee and she quickly sat him back down.
A big deal was made about this grand accomplishment, and together they poured the pee in the big potty and flushed it down. She told him that if he said when he had to pee or poop, and he did it in the potty that we would give him a cookie. She felt like he really understood. This wasn't so hard.
30 min later, he pooped in his diaper.
